Cancelling your order
We aim to make your experience with Maze as pleasant as possible, this also applies to our return policy. To make it sustainable for us, an order can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. As some orders are shipped promptly it is necessary to cancel the order within 2 hours; however, it is still eligible for return according to the policies. To cancel your order email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returning your order
If you wish to return the product(s), you can do so within seven days of delivery. After this seven-day period, we can't offer an exchange or refund on the order. To return the product(s) tell us about the issues you're facing at email@example.com with the images of the product(s) and your order ID. A return pick up can be arranged for the order, in case it is not available we ask you to ship the order back to us (costs to be borne by the customer and will not be refunded).
Is your order eligible for a return?
Your order is eligible for a return if - the product(s) is unused and in the same condition as received and is in the original packaging. If the product(s) received is faulty/damaged. The order can not be refunded if there are clear signs of use. Return can be initiated only once against one order and we maintain the sole discretion to approve or reject the return request.
Exchanging your order
If the received item is faulty/damaged we will arrange a pick up for the order and it is eligible for an exchange.
Once the product(s) has been received, a coupon code of the same value will be generated that can be used on our website or a refund will be issued after deducting the necessary shipping charges.
No refunds/exchange on clearance sale products.
